Fruits of my Labor...

I spent two days making (12) quarts of applesauce. Once you do something it is usually easier the next time, but I am slow I guess. Alain loves applesauce so I look at it as bottles of "love!" I know I could buy it in the grocery store, but I must admit there is a real sense of satisfaction as I look at the fruit of my labor.
