Why be thankful?

Dad & I have been working out in the yard raking leaves, mulching leaves, bagging leaves, & roto-tilling leaves into the garden for the past few days. No wind & blue skies have made it such a pleasure to be outside. Every ten minutes to the hour you can hear the bells at BYU- Idaho. It is a quirky little perfect place for us. The Rexburg Temple will be open soon and that is one of the images I had in my mind when we had such a desire to move here. We'll see what blessings come with that. Everywhere we go, we hear about the "gathering" of people... coming to Rexburg. We truly feel it a blessing every day that we are here and we feel so thankful for all of our many blessings. Since Henry B. Eyring's talk at conference, we have been journaling at the end of each day, our many blessings... how we see Heavenly Fathers hand in our life that day. Top on the list is our family, children & grandchildren. Why be thankful? Because we have too much to not be! We love you all so very muchness! mOm
