Knowing how long we wait for winter to be over here in Idaho.... the little red specks of color in our raspberry patch thrill me beyond words.... Yipee! Raspberry Jam! Raspberries & Ice Cream! Raspberries with milk and sugar! Raspberries popped straight through the lips! I picked two "pie pans" full of them yesterday morning and it made 4 pints of raspberry jam! The grand-kids will be here in four more days.... I can't wait to pick with them!
